          Have you much experience as an investigator?

Yes, for over fifteen years we have been investigating on behalf of Insurers and corporations on Ireland and the UK.

          What sort of equipment do you use?

We use video cameras, wired and wireless covert cameras, night vision viewers and other specialist equipment to best obtain evidence for you.

          Do you use GPS trackers?

Yes, we do use them to assist in our surveillance operations. Certains cases require just the use of a GPS tracker..

          How soon do you complete your investigations?

As soon as is practicable. I understand that your case is the only one of importance to you. We work hard to ensure a quick turn around time - bit I shall not cut corners and allow shoddiness and haste to ruin a case.

          How do you report your results to us?

I can give you regular telephone and email updates. Upon completion of the enquiry our report should be emailed to you within 48 hours, along with picture stills. You should receive any video footage and written evidence within the week.

          Why do you provide a mobile telephone number and not a ground-line?

I like to deal personally with all Clients. I am responsible for all enquiries we undertake and therefore am best placed to advise on how we can help. As I am rarely in the office, preferring to be out investigating cases, a mobile telephone enables me to be the primary source of contact.

          Can your evidence be used in court?

All the evidence we obtain is to legal standards and camera footage is stored in accordance with the laws of evidence.

          What areas do you work in?

We cover the whole of Ireland, our central location affords us easy access throughout the country.

          Do you only undertake surveillance?

No, we are experienced in many different types of investigations. E.g. Tracing missing persons, taking statements, investigating fraud etc.

          How much does it cost?

This depends on what work we undertake on your behalf. We will supply you with a written quote and our terms and conditions for you to agree with, prior to any work commencing. Our prices are fixed and we have no additional charges such as mileage.
